#Question about removing attachments #question

I've been busy removing attachments from emailed photos and have a question.? Some members have attached their photos to their name in the emails.??
?
I am able to remove any photos they share but the ones next to their names, I can't, so it sits in the Attachments area.
?
Is there any way to remove their photo and keep the email?
