That's one of the 'hidden' items due to the new user interface.? It's now at Admin > Preferences > Upgrade.? As has been mentioned recently, ALL of the documentation is based on the old interface.?

How to upgrade?
I'm going to upgrade my group from a Free group to a Premium group. The instructions say to go to Admin -> Upgrade I don't HAVE an Admin -> Upgrade in the menu. (and yes, I am the group owner).
