Testing Groups.io Enterprise edition

LucaPost
I signed up for a Enterprise trial, but I do not find a way to activate all extra features for Groups in it.
It did seem possible from the pre-registration info! I am testing groups.io to eventually migrate a large intranet, hence I need all features active before inviting a few tester to evaluate the platform thoroughly . Thanks, Cheers Luca |

AW| Also note that deleting messages | will remove them from the activity | count on your group home page so | it will make your group appear | less active than it has been. That doesn't make sense at all... In the old Yahoo, the fact that you deleted a message did not remove it from the message counting (aka history) with the monthly totals posted... Re: Printing wiki pages
¿ªÔÆÌåÓýPattyOn a PC I typically use Chrome and Print As ?PDF feature. ?Although it¡¯s not fatal it does capture the leading/trailing junk on the wiki page (unless you select what you want printed.) On my apple devices I use Safari, because of its option to ¡°share¡± a webpage via either a PDF or a link or of course print hard copy. ? Using Chrome on my phone/pad is a little more convoluted to get a page into a PDF.? I haven¡¯t found any easy way to print from the GIO app.? I would double-check that you haven't set the 'no email' attribute on that hashtag. If Groups.io has sent the message and it appears in your group's archive (the online list of messages), have you checked the email delivery history for this member?? Does the message appear in one of the sections there? If it has been successfully delivered to their mail provider then Groups.io has done its job successfully and your member should check their spam/junk folders.? There are many things to check before this can be called a bug. Regards Andy |

Okay, at Duane's suggestion I'm tagging this as a bug. ?It is just a few days into a 30-day trial. ?When an event is posted on the calendar and "Add Event & Invite Group" is clicked, it adds the event but no email is sent. ?It does show as a message, but just not sent an email to the membership. ?Member is set to individual emails. ?The group name is Fellowship Adventures.
Thanks for looking into it. Tom Original post follows:

If you have a need for it, you can print to a PDF document. If you don't already have one, you can get a free print-to-PDF utility that will show up as a printer in the printer dialog box. Simply choose the "print to PDF" virtual printer (you may already have "Microsoft Print to PDF" listed) and it will create a PDF document. If your members have a way to view PDF on their phones, you can send it to them via SMS text, email, etc. Donald ---------------------------------------------------- Some ham radio groups you may be interested in: /g/ICOM /g/Ham-Antennas /g/HamRadioHelp /g/Baofeng /g/CHIRP |
