Frances, Thanks for this! I didn't know there was a Moderator History. I'm still a bit new. I checked it, and it says that I am the one (or at least my email) who invited the person to join the group.

You should be able to see who sent the invitation. In Activity, look in Moderator Activity. And in Admin, Invite, check Sent Invitations. You can get the date. If you have any other moderators,

You can look in Admin, Activity. Perhaps you did send the person an invitation or another moderator did. You can also look at the member's own activity in your group. Frances -- Help available from

Another solution is to switch delivery from individual emails to the digest or summary. In my groups this only happens to people set for the former. Pete
