I don't believe you can't do anything. It is your member's issue. His computer was hacked. He might want to consider a new email address and change it for Groups.io after he has dealt with the hacking.

However, you can delete the post, and you can put that member on moderate until his issue is fixed. But as Duane says, it doesn't stop it from happening in the future.
