Re: Help joining my group
First, you can invite them. That is fairly easy. They will have to accept the invitation email. Even easier is if you pay for just 1 month of Premium and then direct add them. Nothing for them to do.

Help joining my group
My group is devoted to the residents of a senior community. ?Many are not computer literate and need help joining. ?I can't replicate their issues because, of course, I don't get the same messages.

Re: same suffix on all groups
I don't know whether or not Frances has provided the answer you need, but for myself I don't know what you mean by "suffix". Can you please clarify? Chris

Re: same suffix on all groups
Well, I think it has to do with the way digests work. Full Featured Digest will group the days messages into batches of 12 and send each batch when the twelfth is posted. Any that remain at the end of

What's special about a tablet in this respect? A standard desktop PC behaves in the same way. More correctly the column shows what the group owner has decided will be visible to non - members or

Re: Menu Column on left below Home not displayed
GMF is not the official 'Support', it is users (generally Owners and Moderators) helping other users but you are asking at the right place ON A MOBILE PHONE: On an iPhone there is no left hand

Martin; do they understand the concept of being logged in? What you reported sounds very much like not. And sorry to say this is not Support! Chris (G8...) Yes; it's me.

Re: Menu Column on left below Home not displayed
Many of the instructions given here in GMF assume a full-size screen. Screen widths narrower than 960 pixels are considered "mobile" by groups.io. One of the effects of is that the left-side menu bar

Menu Column on left below Home not displayed
Dear Support, One of my initial new users of a new forum is claiming that they cannot see the menu column below Home.? Is this an issue with perhaps an old or unusual OS and browser.? The user may

Re: Removing myself as owner but it says I am sole owner even though there are several others
First, make sure you're unsubscribing, not deleting your account. If you're hitting a red button and being forced to type "I understand," you're deleting your account, not unsubscribing from a group.

Re: I am owner of a group. Now it is seeing NMM in groups list, I did not change it to that
Sounds like you're not logged in; or perhaps you are logged in, but using the wrong email address. See /g/GroupManagersForum/wiki/Group-Content-Is-Missing for remedies. Bruce

Check your activity log. The log entries will tell you why those messages are requiring approval. Bruce

Re: I am owner of a group. Now it is seeing NMM in groups list, I did not change it to that
Are you logging in with your correct email address? Can you see Admin on the left menu? Any other owners? I would find one of your old messages in your mailbox and check to see what email address it
