John, PGO has been a HUGE help in all of this. Even in private restricted groups, one can hit the JOIN button on the YG and have nearly instant access.? Then use PGO to snag all of the group. :)? My

Ken -- Yes, see /g/GroupManagersForum/topic/68640263#26140 Complain to Charter. You pay them to deliver your messages...if they aren't doing it, they aren't fulfilling their contract.
