Shal, thanks for the suggestion.? I checked with one of the members and found at that they had in fact received the most recent special notice, despite the most recent delivery not indicating that.

You can keep them both at one location and make one or both subgroups of the larger group. I would make each one a sub group and consider the main group being an announcement group. Or better yet,
