We recently transferred from YahooGroups and all went very smoothly and anxieties were addressed generously by the Moderators of this group, thank you again.

Photo descriptions
There are a number of members who "swear" that they remember descriptions on the photos when in YG and those descriptions not transferred over.
I have checked, laboriously one by one against the YG albums and it seems to me that those photos with descriptions did carry over with the same descriptions.

In Groups.io it seems only moderators or owners can edit or post descriptions under the photos.
As our group is made up of "Old Boys" from school days some 50 years ago, a description of who's who in an old photo is really necessary !

e.g. one person uploads a photo, can only name one person and other individual members can name others, or location or date etc. and thus collaborate to make the albums more meaningful ?
