I've have the same issue with a group I'm helping to transfer. The issue is (or appears to be) the permissions that you have in the group with your ID. The export in PGO does export the email address

Gerald: I would concur. I was having a problem with making Groups.io a moderator until I logged out, logged back in and instead of the "I'll do this later" when ahead and accepted the "Oath".....
