Re: how do I set up a donation area
Louise -- It's in Admin>Donations (right above Billing). You must set up a Stripe account, and groups.io will take 5% off the top of each donation. See https://beta.groups.io/g/main/topic/31488200 for

To be totally clear, this is not a "limit"...you can send as many invitations as you want. However, there will be a waiting period while groups.io management reviews the list of invitees to ensure you

Re: Fees for using the Yahoo group transfer
Susan -- That is completely untrue. The payment plan is associated with *the destination group.* Who owns it is irrelevant, except to the extent that person is able to perform the necessary functions

Bruce, If I may comment - I read somewhere that as long as you are an owner in both groups and you use your the same email address for both groups, the single fee will allow you to transfer both

What about new members we are adding to our Yahoo Group right now?
We always have members applying to our Yahoo group and most of them are approved after they explain why they believe they're eligible. One of our owners is adding some right this minute. Our transfer

Louise -- What are you trying to do? Pay for a transfer, or set up donations within your group? Please note that in either case you must pay for Premium. Neither can be done under the Basic plan.

Re: Fees for using the Yahoo group transfer
Hi. Yes, you could set up the groups then invite all the members individually. Note that if you do 20 or more in one batch, they will have to be approved by Mark first, before they get sent out.

Re: Fees for using the Yahoo group transfer
Karen -- Yes, the price to be paid is per group. That wouldn't make any difference. The non-profit discount applies only to the Enterprise plan, which itself is quite a bit more expensive.

Fees for using the Yahoo group transfer
I'm considering moving 2 Yahoo groups to groups.io, one with about 924 members and one with about 216 members. I understand from the Help file that an annual fee of $110 applies to use the move
