Re: No attachment/photo icon when composing on web
Helen, I am assuming you saw the photo settings in Settings. You need to scroll fairly far down! You said you see the image icon in the toolbar. Is it greyed out? Can't you click on it to open it? In

Re: What Does Bouncing Member Tell their Email Provider?
#bouncedemails
Thanks Shal. I will ask them to contact Charter (or maybe I can on their behalf). They're in digest mode and roughly 40% of the digests bounce. tommy0421

Re: What Does Bouncing Member Tell their Email Provider?

Re: Customize subscription

Perhaps the best way is as follows: 1 - Tick the Restricted checkbox in the Spam Control section of your group settings and save your changes. 2 - Create a member notice of type Pending Subscription

Kate, The only mechanism available to help you with this is the Pending Subscription notice. You can add one of these to your group by way of the Member Notices tab on your group's Settings page. See

Re: Replying to messages on Web page

Thanks Bruce but I think I had already read the messages you linked when I did an archive search. It just seems strange that I can email the member immediately before and after two bounce probes

Re: Replying to messages on Web page
Thanks Bruce, I¡¯ll just have to tell people who are replying via the site, instead of via email notifications, to highlight the text of the message they are replying to before starting their reply.
