Hello, the only solution I can offer you, and in order to keep people from creating new topics, is to put everyone meaning your whole group on moderated status meaning keeping it moderate a group.

You should be able to start a new transfer, then select only files during the actual transfer step.? Just make sure the total size will fit in your group without going over the storage limit. Duane
