Yes and no in that order, but he can set up full access for himself! Email your member direct and advise him to go to / which he should see as the Log In / Set Up page. I am going to assume that he has never set himself up with a permanent password to avoid having to ask for one to be emailed from time to time. He should click on Set Up and follow the instructions from there; he will be able to equip himself with a password that will work in perpetuity, while still working to the 30 day rule, whereby once logged in a cookie will be placed on his PC (or whatever he is using) that will allow him to close Groups.io and return to it without having to specifically log in each time until 30 days have elapsed, after which he will have to log in again with his permanent password. Your member MUST set up with the email address he normally uses for Groups.io activity.?

FWIW - and this is a purely personal opinion - I regard not setting oneself up with a permanent password as lazy, careless, or actively negligent. I know it's actually a matter of personal choice but in my view not doing it restricts members' "freedom of movement" and finishes up being an additional, unnecessary, and avoidable burden on Owners and Moderators.
