Patty, I just tested it - same URL - on my test site and my iPhone and MacBook. No problem. Perhaps you are entering it incorrectly on Groups.io Go to Groups.io. Go to Subscriptions (left side) Scroll

Each group and subgroup is pretty much independent as far as moderation and other settings.? The only restriction is that everyone must be a member of the main group before they can join a subgroup.
