Barbara, ...but now both messages came straight after to the group so everyone will When creating the event, uncheck *Send Invite To Group*. Also, if you didn't, check *Send Notice To Group When Event

I never did the hashtag thing as my groups are simple and they wouldn't know what was going on. LOL we don't know from hashtags. ? It was easier to just explain to the taggers in the group not to

In yahoo groups it can be done if that is what you are asking. Go to Management Control Panel Access Control and there you can select who you want to be able to see the messages. Select Moderator's
