Re: Pending message stay in owner box even after they have been approved
"my pending mail box" - pending messages disappear on the group website once the messages are dealt with - approved or delete etc. ?I don't know why they are accumulating in your pending mail box (on

Re: Reply to group keeps including the original message
You asked about original message being stripped from the reply. The Help says if using email, it depends on the email application you are using. If are replying to a message on a group's website, you

Reply to group keeps including the original message
Is there are setting so that the original message is automatically stripped from the reply? I suspect it might be because some people's email is set up to include original messages and I wont be able

Re: Massive Bouncing Members Conundrum
I'm pretty sure that the date shown for Bouncing accounts is the date the most recent Bounce Probe was sent by the system. I would wait at least until the badge turns Red (Bounced). At this point the

Re: link to subscribe
mailto-links are widely considered bad practice. They only work when the person is on his/her own computer, and even if they are it may activate an email-program that they are not even using.

Re: Massive Bouncing Members Conundrum
Keep in mind that bounced members still can access the website for messages if the group is private. They don't get any email but they still have that access. I don't know if it is possible to tell if

Re: Massive Bouncing Members Conundrum
There are two stages of bouncing: * a soft bounce where Groups.io has had an issue delivering an email but is in the process of retrying and this is denoted by a blue B badge on the member list * a

Re: Massive Bouncing Members Conundrum

Re: Massive Bouncing Members Conundrum
Hi Andy, Hadn't noticed that before, checked membership list & it says we have 6,171 members, while our group homepage shows 2,978 members. So, I'm guessing that none of the 3,193 bounced receive

Re: Daily Summary email delivery issue?
Thanks everyone - I'm also now hearing that summaries are being received again, just at unusual times. A digest went out for us at midnight last night, although it normally got sent at 6 AM before.

I'm not sure if I'd report it as a bug or a question, but that's where it would be done.? Maybe Mark has changed the time for summaries to be sent out.? It could also be related to the 'fix' he made

I did a little digging this morning.? It seems that summaries are being sent at a different time now.? I found a range of 6-18 hours from previous deliveries.? This may need to be posted as a #bug
