Do you wish to change all the messages with a particular tag to the same tag? i.e. Do you wish to change all messages with #halifax to #NovaScotia If you do, first, you do it in # Hashtags. Click on

I think I understand what you want to do.? If you want to replace the hashtag on all messages that have it, you can edit the existing hashtag to make it an alias (redirect) of the one you want to

As Duane suggests, you can make your wiki publicly available. But you'd have to put it somewhere else if it is a PDF. You can put images on a wiki, but not a PDF. In theory, you could also put a link
