As Duane suggests, you can make your wiki publicly available. But you'd have to put it somewhere else if it is a PDF. You can put images on a wiki, but not a PDF.

In theory, you could also put a link on your homepage but perhaps a bit messier. Again, a link to the document somewhere else.

(The wiki is available to premium groups and to older free groups who have it as a legacy feature.)
