An owner asked members to edit out attachments in replies... but admitted he did not know if they were counted once, being stored and referred to, or if each emailing added that to his memory quota...

It's "my understanding".that any 1-member list is.indeed "discouraged " esp if listed, but if hidden can be used for test purposes. Otherwise these are to be deleted. It MIGHT be necessary to complain
