Everything from "Directly Add Members" on down will be lost when you downgrade to Legacy Basic (pre-January 15 group).

If you group was created?after?January 15 (yours was not), the downgrade will?also?cause all subgroups to be locked.

For groups created after August 24, lost features from a downgrade is reflected in the table (i.e.: everything from "Subgroups on your own subdomain" on down).
