Made zero difference to what? Previously uploaded photos will not be "unblurred" by increasing the size limit; it only affects photos uploaded after making the change. Likewise reducing the size limit

Check your group settings to see if you've selected to resize photos when they get uploaded.? They will take less space that way, but can get some pixelation if you go too small. Duane -- Help:
