I agree, but I will chime in with the knowledge that in empirical studies of forums, Facebook and other places where negative voting is allowed, it tends to encourage gang-up behaviors and trolling.

I created a gmail acct and set up a forward on it to send all emails to the sub group.? Gmail sent a code to the subgroup but the message was rejected. The response from the remote server was: 510
