Thanks, Duane, I will give that a try. On my screen that box and the associated blank space takes up a lot of room, so if those having no need to see the boxes can still see them it is of no real use

I wasn't sure, so checked.? Yes, all members see the boxes.? Since clicking on the row now shows that entry (including the option to edit, if allowed) the box doesn't really serve a useful purpose

The check box can't be disabled, but all other columns can.? Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the identifier of the column you don't want to see.? The page will refresh and you can hide

Duane -- Yep. All messages in my group that pre-date the transfer show up as having been posted on the transfer date...in the ACTIVITY LOG. The date is correct while browsing the messages themselves
