Click on the title of file. What happens next depends on the type of document. If it is a PDF, in my Mac computer, it will open as a new tab in the browser. I can then select all and paste or save as

You can attach a doc. By email, do it as you usually do. On the group homepage, use the paperclip icon. But first you must make sure that your group is set up to allow attachments.
