In general, if the code is 2.x.x, the email was accepted by the email service for delivery to the intended email address.? For a 4.x.x code, the service temporarily won't accept it, but GIO will try

You've repeatedly skipped over a very important suggestion - your email delivery history.? Go online, go to the group, select Subscription from the menu, click the Email Delivery History button.?
