Greetings,

Perhaps you have not seen my replies.? Every single suggestion that this group has offered, I tried.

?

  1. Every message that I send from motherjegna@... is posting to the group.? So yes, it is a part of the message archive.
  2. Yes, my settings are to receive a copy of all emails
  3. Yes, my settings are to receive all messages from the group
  4. Yes, my messages are unmoderated

?

But, no, I am not receiving a copy of the email in my email in box.? I do not want to have to log into the website to read my emails.? I have several emails and I read them all using Outlook.? I would like to continue to do so in order to easily manage the other groups I moderate.? I have been moderating for years using Yahoo group and never had this problem.? I¡¯m the group owner, I send a message, it posts to the group, I see the message, because I am a part of the group.? Simple.

?

It¡¯s not working with groups.io.? I have been on old with Microsoft customer service now for 4:10 minutes and 16 seconds.? At 7:30 pm, I will be giving up on this for the day.

?

If it works, then it has to be a ¡°group owner¡± bug.

No, if using another email address works then the problem is in the email account you're using as owner.? I "own" 8 groups here and get all the emails I'm supposed to.? I also have several member accounts so I can do testing from a members point of view and they work fine.? However, I don't use an msn address.? If there were a ¡°group owner¡± bug, you wouldn't be the only person with a problem.

Have you verified that the emails you send are actually added to the message archive online?? You really need to go to the group to check your email delivery history, your subscription settings, and anything else that has to do with messages.? The easiest/best would be your email delivery history right after you send an email to the group.? If it shows as sent by GIO and accepted by your email service, there's nothing GIO can do about it.

You could also spend a little time reading the and .? The Members Manual has more details about email settings for your subscription.
