That depends on what you have discovered! Go to *Admin>Members>Banned*. Click on the checkbox for the banned person at the left hand side of his listing. Click on *Actions* , then click on *Unban*.

I think you can also go to Activity, All Activity and search for either the display name or the email address. Don't specify an Activity or a Date. That should show if the unsubbed member was active

Many folks will upload huge images without giving any thought to storage. Consider having groups.io rescale them for you. See Admin>Settings>Photos. I've found that 1024 pixels on the long dimension
