The list is quite calm but I would like to get something in hand in case of bad behavior in the list or if someone scale a dispute in Justice.? Bruce, even with the free version, I can easily narrow down all the people unsubbed by going to Activity - Member Activity - Action = Removed because of Spam Report.? Was trying, however, NOT to do this manually (copying and pasting 2 pages of email addresses).? I may pose this on the beta forum - some way to maybe export those email addresses in some easy way, so we can send a group email using our private email address, notifying them they've been auto unsubbed.? Hoping the # of folks being auto unsubbed slows down, and that this is just a phenomena of inactive, transferred members just deciding they don't want to be a list member, and (foolishly) marking our emails as Spam.

I agree with you partialy. I will change the requirements to join the group and see what is happen. By other side if a person join a list I believe that all messages could be archieved for n purposes. At least as an history. My list migrated from Yahoo and was created in 2000.?

I have talked to the user. He cited some reasons. He cited that could reduce his footprint on the web. I agree with him in this aspect BUT I want, as moderator, to keep the messages...
If exist that option would be nice.?

Shal, that I know, on an individual message.? What I would like to do, is send a group message to all unsubbed people at once, using my own email address.? However, if ISP's can still detect that the origin is really coming from groups.io, and no my email service, then that feature is basically worthless.? Really, the only way we could reach those unsubbed list members reliably then, is to email them each, individually, from our own email program.? So, that's not going to happen.? We'll just have to rely on those unsubbed members to figure out they are unsubbed, and either reapply, or hopefully find the auto reinstate email, and click on the link provided (which is very unlikely, as it's probably landed in the Spam/Junk folder since the person has now marked groups.io emails as spam.)?
Not sure I like this feature because it makes for a lot of work for list mods to try to re-capture those list members.? You would think you'd know you were unsubbed, but I? have 2 pages of list members who were unsubbed, and no one has asked the list mods, "what happened to me?"? Maybe it's due to a large number of transferred list members who were basically inactive prior to the transfer, and now are not understanding why they were receiving these new groups.io messages?? Not sure, just speculating at this point.? But, it is a bit concerning for me that I have so many unsubbed list members in such a short time period.?

You can't use the GIO interface to message them as you can for active members, although as Shal mentioned it may be preferable to avoid doing that anyway.
