One member in particular sends out a constant stream of "I couldn't agree more" and "I was thinking of the same thing" type posts.
?I've seen that behavior in some of my "social" groups. Contacting a few of those individuals off-list I came to understand that they perceived each group posting to be an email directed to them personally. And then etiquette demanded a polite response.

Those few I reassured that it was unnecessary, and even disruptive, to reply to each posting. They eventually caught on to the idea of the group as a group conversation.
