Our Membership guy has initiated a poll for GDPR responses, but now wants just to chase up those people who have not replied, to get them to take the poll.

Is there any way to do this, or can we only send a chaser to all members (which will hassle those who have already responded)?
If I correctly get the gist of your question, there is no convenient way to selectively send a "tickler" message to those who have failed to respond to your poll.

To be perfectly honest, I find the GIO polling feature to have limited utility. Whenever I send out a poll, my typical response rate is 10%; and that?sample is biased towards?the kind of people who 1) respond to polls, 2) aren't completely befuddled by the GIO login process, and?3) are willing to jump through that hoop. If I'm lucky, I'll get another 10% who will respond by email, and thus have to be added up manually...so the poll results aren't even a reliable historical record.

As owners, we pretty much stay logged in all the time, but it's remarkable how many of my subscribers simply refuse to do it.

I hope this helps, but I do realize that it probably doesn't.

Good luck,
Bruce?
