I - seriously - have searched and read about forty messages here on this.
And I cannot find the answer.

My formatting bar is missing that Paper Clip to add photos to messages.

But there it is right here in THIS forum ... What "switch" do I need to flip?
to be able to get mkre options on my message edit bar?
