Okay.
?
So I saved the file to my external hard drive and opened it up on notepad.
Then I make my edits on notepad and then click on the upload button.
Then I click on browse and find the document.
Click on Add
?
Now when I do that, I still can't read the file when I click on edit.
?
I even tried creating a new file and there isn't any place to write the content of the file.
It doesn't show up in the file - I have to save it first to my external in order to read it.
?
Also in Y groups you can select when you want the members to receive a file.
How do you do that in groups IO
When do the members get to see the files?

I am really lost  ?

? You can't edit files online.? You have to download each file, make any edits, and upload.? If you don't change the filename, you'll need to delete the originals before uploading since duplicates aren't allowed.? Ot you can put the updated files in another folder.
