HELP Please!!! [transferring a Yahoo Group]

Hello, I'm not understanding Step 2. ? I'm trying to transfer our yahoo Group but I don't understand how to do step 2 of the Easy Group Transfer process. I don't have a clue how or where or from where to send the invite.
I've had 2 stroke's and confuse easily, I'm so sorry I have to bother you all. But I really want to get our group going on groups.io and get RID of yahoo!
