I'm not sure what you mean here. Groups.io does not offer a webmail service, not in the sense that Yahoo offers Yahoo Mail anyway.

I did it for all my old groups, but I just joined another group and I don't remember how I set it up.

Once you have messages from Groups.io appearing in your email interface it should work with any group subscriptions you have. Unless you've subscribed to some groups under a different email address.
