We have updated our group¡¯s guidelines. How do I replace the copy that you get when clicking on the menu??
How do I make the new guidelines email monthly?

All I could find was edit and move. The new version was modified and uploaded in our files by a moderator, not me.

Unlike Y!Groups, member notices in Groups.io are not implemented as part of the Files feature. Files here cannot be "scheduled".
