Tested this last week as I own and am member of many groups.
Background- I don't have an ISP email service so have to use a third party- in this case gmail is king enough to allow a sole use account for my SMTP/ IMAP needs.
I have added in my settings my alternate addy, however trying to use my normal mail (from MacBook) to test this service (rarely used personally) I get:
The response from the remote server was:
510 5.1.1 Your email address, zzzzzzz@gmail.com, is not subscribed to that group. To subscribe, send an email to?[email protected], or visit?/g/NGWag/join .
Bug or other beahviour/ set up?
