I have the same problem. I have 447 members in red bounce status, most of them with Yahoo accounts. I have sent a bounce probe to all of them twice, but the number of bounced members seems to be steady and I haven't received any complaints so far.
So I'll probably just delete them and wait. If they are actually interested in the group, they will subscribe again, hopefully with a different account.
