If you don¡¯t want to have to moderate messages after membership is approved, remove the New Users Moderated check. The way you have it set, you will always have to moderate new members until you manually change the moderate state on their subscriptions. If you want to moderate a set number of messages before automatically removing moderate state, then select that number rather than Not Enabled. Not Enabled means don¡¯t ever automatically unmoderate.
