I don't think anyone has suggested that there should be any "no email" groups; I certainly haven't. The suggestion is that instead of being deleted from membership because of a spam marking
individual members thus affected should be put on "no email" so that their membership is retained until they get things sorted out.
Not sure how you interpreted that as a recommendation that entire groups should be "no email".
