Again, that's because they were M (moderated) in your yahoo group, so they stayed M (moderated) when transferred over. The transfer process doesn't count the number of yahoo messages people have posted and set them to NuM or unmoderated accordingly. It just keeps everybody's status the same as it was in yahoo.
You should KEEP your group's setting exactly as it is (NuM with 1 post), and either slowly set the appropriate M members to NuM according to whether you think they've neer posted, or keep them M and unmoderate them by hand as their posts come in.?
