Interesting. I finally sent the member a personal email, asking her to check her spam file. She said that she HAD received all of the messages from the owner address, and had answered and returned the questionnaire as required and that it was in her "sent" folder. However, we did not receive it. A similar thing happened recently with someone who applied using an att email address. I will contact that person as well, now. If it happens a third time I will let Mark know.
