Yes. Contact [email protected] and explain the situation. The response will tell you more. There was a problem when I transferred one of my groups a year ago?and the system ran into an unexpected problem.?I contacted support and a?rerun of the file transfer resolved the problem.?It may be a case where things just weren't allowing the agent to copy the files, or there may be a different?problem.

I would *never assume that* until talking with support. The wording suggests it might just clean out everything that was transferred. That's probably not something you want to do without being certain. Remember that you're talking with a person when dealing with support, not an automated system. You will get useful answers.
