Let me add one more vote to having this high on the Todo List. Moving
photos from one album to another by the administrator would be very
helpful!
As Duane said earlier in this topic, It is on the official To-Do list:


But to "cast a vote" for it you'd have to chime in on the beta group, there are no Groups.io personnel monitoring GMF. You could add a reply to this topic:
"Move photos between albums"
