The group transferred several months ago so don't know that the transfer agent is still active. Also, the email addresses in question don't appear to have posted in our group since the transfer.

There was another incident like this reported recently.
Speculation included continued activity by the transfer agent (which is reported as "via email") or some trigger to coincident first-time posting.
