I think you answered your own question. This is not a government operation...Mark IS . Perhaps he will weigh into this discussion and let us know what his continuity plans are, but I doubt it. Perhaps he will submit to a physical exam at the physician of our choice and undergo a psychological evaluation to show he isn't suicidal for the benefit of our community, but I doubt that will happen, either.
