Duane,
I clicked on Account, then Identity. The image of Arnold was still there. I clicked on Remove. It disappeared but then when I go back out of the page and go back into Identity it reappears. What am I doing wrong?

You have an Identity for your Account (site-wide) and each group. The way I understand it is if you Edit the one for the site, it will 'trickle down' unless you've changed one of the group identities from it's default (as noted at the top of the Identity page.)
