Re: Question: +owner messages

¿ªÔÆÌåÓý

Hi Bruce & Frances,

Thank you, but that doesn¡¯t alert me to a message being posted. In this case, I happened to look at my Outlook e-mail and noticed it. Can I assume there isn¡¯t a?folder called?¡°+owner messages¡±?

Obviously, there isn¡¯t a pending owner message flag. Is that something that would be useful to others?

Thanks,

Ken S

It's probably been asked and answered, but where do I find the +owner messages?

If you click open someone's member record, there's a pull-down "Membership" menu where you can select "+owner messages." This will display a sorted list of every one they've ever sent, with the most recent first. Note: Until about a year ago, this page was accessed via a button, not a menu.

Of course, you have to know who sent it to do this. To retrieve a single, recently-sent message, clicking the link in the corresponding activity log entry might be easier than trying to hunt down their member record.
