This member is older, only has one email address and one account, and still wasn't seeing the option to edit or delete. So I suggested the old tried and true "try logging out and logging back in".....and lo and behold...that worked! Now she can see both edit and delete in the hamburger menu. She swears it's the same thing she tried before, but who knows?

Regardless, thanks to Bruce and Malcom for the help. I'm guessing the whole "issue" was user error in some form, but it's fixed now regardless!?? (If you thought this was fun, imagine me trying to help her operate her DVR!)

If so, she should log out and log back in with the correct email address. At that point I suspect the edit function might become available, too.
