as the moderator of IO¡¯s currently largest & most active group, i have ZERO complaints. have found a few bugs which were fixed asap. mark has been a pleasure to correspond with. i suggest following him & Groups IO on twitter for always up to date info.

our transfer from YG to IO was seamless, quick & easy. we have 2 lists on the premium plan.

as for the future, are any of us guaranteed tomorrow? we are not dealing here with young(sorry) startup kids. mark knows how to build a business, let him focus on what he knows how to do well. the rest shall fall nto place. i worry for the day when mark is too busy to answer my emails ?? i have gotten spoiled by the very fast replies to my queries! & trust me, some of my questions have been quite mundane & obvious to a real list professional, but yet i am always treated with respect.

i have 1 burning question about IO- why use ¡°cheers¡± as a salutation? ?
